Today the Vivo X9 has appeared on the Geekbench website and it seems like the used chipset is the Snapdragon 625 SoC instead of the rumored Snapdragon 623 SoC. The specifications of the Geekbench page tells us that the Snapdragon 625 SoC is running at a clockspeed of 2.02 Ghz.
Also the rumors of the 6GB of RAM seems to be untrue, because Geekbench is showing 4GB of RAM instead. For the operating system, Vivo has chosen for Android 6.0.1. The model scored 954 on the single-core test, and 5070 on the multi-core test.
The Vivo X9 is expected to be unveiled on November 16th, which means we will get the complete specifications list of the Vivo X9 and Vivo X9 Plus. The Vivo X9 is expected to feature a 5.5 in display with a 1080 x 1920 resolution. According to earlier leakes the Vivo X9 series will be a camera-centric device with a 13 megapixel rearcamera with a dual camera setup in front with a 20 megapixel and 8 megapixel camera and a 3050mAh battery.
On the other hand, the Vivo X9 Plus will be equipped, according torumors, with a 5.88 inch display with a 1080 x 1920 resolution, a Snapdragon 653 chipset, the same front dual camera setup of 20MP and 8MP that is on the X9 and a dual camera setup on the back, 6GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage and a 4000mAh battery.
