According to NOMU, their latest S-range smartphones (NOMU S10, NOMU S20 and the NOMU S30), the smartphones can operate in temperatures as low as -20-degrees and as high as 55-degrees. But how accurate is that claim and can the NOMU S-range really survive in in these temperatures? To show this, Nomu has released a video where they test if the NOMU S series of smartphones and their IP68 certification can indeed survive such temperatures.
In the video, the three devices have all been frozen in a big ice cube and have remained there frozen for 36 hours. At the end of the test where the ice is removed, the video shows that the smartphones are still working fine. See the video in full below to see it by yourself.
