Just before the launch of the Vernee Thor E, the device specifications will be changed. The new massive battery device of Vernee will feature the well-known octa-core MT6753 chipset instead of the earlier announced MT6737 processor. Although the Thor E is getting an older chipset they will strengthen it by upgrading the RAM to 3GB.
Moreover the smartphone has a 5 inch HD display, 16 GB of internal storage, 8 megapixel camera, a 5020 mAh battery with 9V/2A fast charging support and Android 7.1 out of the box. Also the earlier announced E-Ink display seems to be just a mode to set on or off and not really an E-ink screen itself, which can be seen in the video below where you just see a regular display. This was expected due to technical shortcomings of an E-Ink display.
The Vernee Thor E is expected within a couple of days.
