Meizu has officially unveiled its Meizu X smartphone during an event in China and will come in two two variants, namely 3 GB RAM + 32 GB ROM and a 4 GB RAM version with 64 GB ROM.
The Meizu X features a 5.5 inch display with full HD (resolution: 1920 x 1080 pixels) 2.5D curved glass display and is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P20 processor and a Mali T880 GPU. For your precious moments the Meizu X will have a 12 megapixel camera on the back with a dual-tone LED flash, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF), 4K video recording, f/2.0 aperture and a 5 megapixel frontcamera with f/2.0 aperture. Further more the device offers Dual SIM, 4G LTE with VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, and a USB Type C. In battery specifications, the Meizu X features a 3200mAh battery with fast charging technology. Worth to mention is that there is also a fingerprint sensor embedded into the physical home button on the front.
The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with FlyMe UI 6.0 on the top of it. The smartphone measures 153.8 x 76 x 7.4 mm and weighs 165 grams and will be available in four colours: black, blue, gold and white.
The Meizu X will be available for pre-order from today and its sale will start from December 8th in China. The price will be $246 for the 3GB RAM + 32GB ROM version and $290 for the 4GB + 64GB ROM.
