During the CES 2017 in Las Vegas, Xiaomi has unveiled a Pearl White variant of there bezel-less concept phone, the Mi Mix. The official announcement comes after weeks of image leakes and rumors spread over the internet.
According to sources the white version was expected to be made out of different material than the original Mi Mix because of the long and difficult production process. But it seems like Xiaomi has also chosen for a ceramic version for the white Mi Mix also.
In specifications there are no differences than the original Mi Mix. The Mi Mix white is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chipset, has 6 GB of RAM and has 128GB or 256GB of internal storage as a variation choice. The most interesting thing is the bezel-less display, the Xiaomi Mi Mix features a 6.4 inch FullHD Sharp display with a 17:9 aspect ratio. Other specifications are a 16 megapixel rear camera with EIS and 4K recording support, a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, a HD audio processor and a 4400 mAh battery.
It is expected that the white Xiaomi Mi Mix will be shipped later this year while the pricetag and international availability is unknown.
